This notice explains how KLEYN MEDIA, operated by Kristján / KLEYN, handles information you send through this website.
What you share
The project form collects your name, email, listing or photo-folder link, selected service and notes. Please only share a photo-folder link that is intended for our review.
Why we need it
We use your information to assess your enquiry, contact you about your project, prepare a quote and, if you proceed, deliver the agreed creative work. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up for marketing or commit you to a purchase.
Photos and storage
Only share photos you own or have permission to share. Please avoid photos containing sensitive personal information. Your enquiry and any previously submitted photo samples are stored privately. They are not published in our portfolio without permission. The production website uses Vercel for hosting and private storage; authorised studio access is required to read enquiries and attachments.
Retention and your choices
We keep enquiry information while it is needed to discuss or carry out your project. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information by submitting a project form with “Privacy request” in the message. Include your original enquiry reference if available. Requests are reviewed by the owner.
Cookies and browsing
This website does not include advertising trackers. A temporary enquiry reference is held in memory during a submission to avoid duplicate requests. Your form details are not saved in local browser storage. Owner-only administration uses an authentication cookie. Hosting providers may process standard security and operational logs.
Daily visitor counts
We estimate daily visitors to our public pages without analytics cookies or browser storage. Our server briefly processes your IP address and browser type to make a keyed identifier that changes each day. Only this identifier and the day are kept in private storage; the counter does not store your IP address, browsing history, form details or page URL. We use the resulting daily totals to understand website activity. Visitors sharing a browser type and network may count as one, and a change of network or browser may count again. The counter skips the owner area, recognised bots and browsers sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Hosting security logs are separate from this counter.
Contact
Email, Instagram and WhatsApp links open separate services when you choose them. Those services operate under their own privacy terms. Submitting the website form stores your enquiry directly in our private inbox.
