This notice explains how KLEYN MEDIA, operated by Kristján / KLEYN, handles information you send through this website.

What you share

The project form collects your name, company or property, email, optional WhatsApp number, property type, listing link, selected service, goal, message and any photos you choose to upload.

Why we need it

We use your information to assess your enquiry, contact you about your project, prepare a quote and, if you proceed, deliver the agreed creative work. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up for marketing or commit you to a purchase.

Photos and storage

Only upload photos you own or have permission to share. Please avoid photos containing sensitive personal information. Accepted photo samples are stored privately with your enquiry. They are not published in our portfolio without permission. The production website uses Vercel for hosting and private storage; authorised studio access is required to read enquiries and attachments.

Retention and your choices

We keep enquiry information while it is needed to discuss or carry out your project. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information by submitting a project form with “Privacy request” in the message. Include your original enquiry reference if available. Requests are reviewed by the owner.

Cookies and browsing

This website does not include advertising trackers. A temporary browser-session value can remember which portfolio sample you selected, and is cleared after a successful enquiry. Owner-only administration uses an authentication cookie. Hosting providers may process standard security and operational logs.

Contact

The optional Language / Translate links open Google Translate in a new tab to translate our public homepage. Google operates that separate service under its own privacy terms. We do not send your enquiry fields or uploaded photos through those links. Use the original KLEYN MEDIA project form to submit your information.
